Nisa Municipality Online Store

Preamble

These conditions are agreed between the Municipality of Nisa, Collective Person under Public Law with the number 506 612 287, with headquarters at Praça do Município, 5, 6050-385 Nisa, and between any person, natural or legal, who wish to make purchases through the Online Store of the Municipality of Nisa, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

1. Purpose and scope

The purpose of these conditions is to define the General Conditions of Sale established between the Municipality of Nisa and the Customer, from the time of ordering to delivery of the goods.

These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

When placing an order, the Customer expresses its full and complete acceptance of the General Conditions of the Online Store of the Municipality of Nisa, the prices and the products contemplated in the respective transaction.

2. Ordering

The Customer may place his order online at the Online Store “é-nisa é ours” in the Municipality of Nisa through the platforms of the websites www.cm-nisa.pt, www.lojaenisa.cm-nisa.pt, or others that come to be created by the Municipality of Nisa, committing to proceed with the delivery of the product within 30 days.

The possibility of placing orders in the Online Store of the Municipality of Nisa is restricted to orders whose delivery and billing addresses are in the territory of the European Union. The acceptance of orders with destinations not located in the territory of the European Union will depend on prior evaluation and decision by the Municipality of Nisa, to take place after the formalization of the respective request by the interested parties.

In the event of a stockout or discontinuation of any item after ordering, the Municipality of Nisa undertakes to inform the Customer by e-mail, at which time the possibility of canceling the order will be presented with the respective refund, if you have already made the payment.

3. Prices

The prices of the articles must be understood in euros, with the VAT applicable to the legal rate in force.

4. Payment

All instructions for making the payment will be indicated in the order registration confirmation email.

Payment methods in the Online Store can be made by Multibanco, MBWay and Credit Card.

The customer has 48 hours to proceed with the payment of the order. The shipping guarantee will only be guaranteed after confirmation of payment.

5. Delivery Methods

After payment, the order will be sent through CTT Expresso - Correios de Portugal or by another entity that the Municipality of Nisa may hire.

The values ​​of shipping costs and delivery times are those practiced by the entity that carries out the transport, the Customer being previously informed of the total cost of the order (price of the item (s) plus shipping costs).

The Municipality of Nisa is not responsible for the occurrence of any delay or damage in the transport of the order, which will be the responsibility of the entity that performs the transport.

6. Termination of the contract

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer has 14 days to resolve the purchase and sale contract entered into, without the right to compensation and without the need to invoke a reason. Within the same period, the Customer may proceed with the complaint of any defective or poorly preserved articles.

For this purpose, the complaint must be made by e-mail sent to nisaglobal@cm-nisa.pt. In the complaint, the Customer must explain the reason for the return, always mentioning the order number and its taxpayer number. The Municipality of Nisa will agree with the Customer how to return the item (s), to which or to which they must add the invoice / receipt and the receipt that proves the receipt of the order.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal depends on the verification of the following conditions:

• a) Return of items purchased in due condition, in the original packaging in which they were shipped.

• The product must be sent flawlessly (undamaged, scratched, etc.), with all accessories and respective packaging as received. The articles involved in protective plastic film must be inviolate;

• b) In the case of returns, shipping costs will be paid by the Client, with the exception of those in which the Municipality of Nisa will assume responsibility for it, after which the amount will be refunded;

• c) The items to be returned must be sent to the address indicated in point 7, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer. The return date to be considered corresponds to the date shown on the stamp of the day on which the order is delivered for return.
